Of course: Face masks must be worn!

Maximum 900 persons per show

The city of Bern and Starlight Events have developed a protection concept for this year’s Rendez-vous Bundesplatz. To ensure that visitors can enjoy the spectacle with enough social distancing on the Bundesplatz, the square will be divided into sectors. There are 3 check-in areas and 3 waiting areas for 300 persons respectively. 900 persons are allowed on the square for each show.

Every evening there are screenings at 19.00, 19.45 and 20.30. On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays: additional performance at 21.15.

Duration: about 30 minutes. Free entry.

PLEASE NOTE: It’s not possible to register for a specific day and a specific show. Simply: Turn up, check in with your QR code and enjoy free of charge.

Create QR code on get-entry.ch

To ensure that you are able to attend one or several screenings of Rendez-vous Bundesplatz, we ask that you create your personal Entry ID, which you can use multiple times, in advance on get-entry.ch. This process is anonymous – no data is saved. You can save your personal Entry ID (QR code) as an image on your mobile phone or send it to yourself by email and print it out.

Entry to a screening

When entering the Bundesplatz before a spectacle, you show your Entry ID (QR code) on your mobile phone or in paper form.

You are then registered when your Entry ID is scanned. After 14 days, your data is automatically deleted. You may also have to show ID or another form of identification.

If you visit the spectacle several times, you can always use the same Entry ID. You don’t need to create a new one every time.

No smartphone?

If you don’t have a smartphone, someone you know can secure the verification with their mobile number. The personal details don’t have to correspond to yours, and the person known to you promises to contact you in the event of a Covid case.
